Where is Print Paint Play located? We're physically located in Woodbury Heights, NJ, USA.  You can also find us on Etsy at https://printpaintplaystore.etsy.com

What exactly does Print Paint Play do? We're a 3d print shop that sells physical prints of 3d models designed by other creators.  We're licensed by those creators to sell physical prints.  We're not a 3d design studio and we're not able to alter any design created by any creator whose designs we sell as physical prints.

What games can you use these models with? We believe in "Miniatures-agnostic Gaming", meaning you use whatever miniatures you want for the game you play.  There are many games out there that embrace this philosophy such as:

What materials do you use? We use ABS Water-Washable resins, typically from Elegoo and Sunlu.  For terrain and other FDM prints, we'll use Elegoo Fast PLA+ for most prints, although other brands may be used depending on color needs.

Do you stock any items? We don't stock anything (at lease we try not to stock anything).  We print on-demand, meaning we start printing your models within 8-48 hours of receiving your order. 

What's the turn-around time for my order? We're a small shop.  While we do some work during the nights and weekends, we try to have some work-life balance.  You should expect 2-5 days (depending on current volume and size/complexity of your order) to print and process your order.  Once the order is shipped, we're at the mercy of USPS ground shipping times.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged of defective? Contact us as quickly as possible.  We're human, sometimes we make a mistake.  We'll do our best to fix that mistake.  Most often, we'll ship the damaged or missing parts. In the very worst cases, we may issue you a refund.  In most cases, we won't ask for a return. However, if we've agreed to refund a large order, we'll setup return shipping and refund upon receipt.
